They don't deserve a star. Their online "service" is an absolute joke. I ordered a TV online and nearly a month later, I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I had to resort to going to a store to talk to a customer service agent because I got no responses to my emails. Unfortunately, despite promises (10 days ago) that the TV would be delivered within 3 days, I am still waiting and will have to go back to the store again. I will never use the online ordering service again. It is the worst I have ever experienced.
