When did this company become such a rubbish set up. I considered it "The B.T. of Spain". I have ordered from them several times during lockdown of 2020. Brilliant I said, goods always arrived, packed properly and in perfect condition. However Dec 2020, ordered Raybans for my son's Christmas present, received an email to say that my order had been placed in an unregistered section and they would fix it. They took my money and I haven't heard a word since. I've phoned, emailed, written, and nothing. Its what in the real world is called stealing.DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE THIEVES.
