Ordered a birthday present for my daughter on a 48 hour delivery. I ordered it several days in advance to make sure it would arrive on time but it was late by over a week. Complained numerous times but all I ever got was the same standard response every time with the exact same bland wording. No explanation for the delay or compensation. No one even bothered to type a proper response. Will never order from them again.
