Elementor Pro: the only “pro” is how professionally they ghost you

I’ve been locked out of my Elementor Pro account for days, and getting support has been a complete joke. You'd think recovering access to a paid account would be a priority — especially for a service that markets itself as “professional.” Think again.After I updated my email, the 2FA system stopped working entirely. I’ve tried to log in over 50 times — no code ever arrives. Nothing. No way to get in.I’ve opened 6 separate support tickets. The only 2 times someone actually replied, all they did was ask for basic info… only to then say they had to “escalate it to another department.” The first time, that second department responded with a generic copy-paste telling me to send a replacement email so they could update it. I did. Silence ever since.The second time, I didn’t even make it that far. I’ve been waiting all day for a reply. I’ve followed up several times — and yes, I know my messages have been read (thanks, Mailtrack) — but they’re clearly ignoring me.Elementor Pro is a mediocre product disguised as a professional tool. The support is disorganized, slow, and borderline nonexistent. If something breaks, you’re screwed — and the people you’re paying just vanish.If you’re considering Elementor for anything serious: don’t. The moment you hit a wall, you’ll be completely alone. And they’ll probably read your messages and still ignore you.
