There is no visible mention of “billed annually” — no asterisk, no explanatory text, nothing. Yet I was charged $17.99, which was not shown anywhere on the screen.Their response? “That price is only for annual plans.” Then why not say so up front? I asked for a refund and cancel my subscription and they responded "you can switch to annual if you want to pay 8.99$"
