Envato is currently taking hostage my money after more than 1 week opened dispute directly with the payment processor (paypal) and unless I cancel the dispute and try to fix the issue directly with them, they wont do anything.I have the right to use my client protection option with paypal I mean, we pay fees to them and they select paypal for a reason but as soon as I click the dispute my envato account got blocked and they havent responded in more than 1 week so I guess they now have my money and are laughing at how naive I was. Please be careful with this scam.
