I recently purchased a template from Envato Market with high hopes for my project. Unfortunately, the template turned out to be broken, significantly hindering my progress. When I reached out for a refund, the process became unexpectedly burdensome. Instead of a straightforward resolution, I was asked to provide extensive evidence of the issue, including videos of me importing the template and screenshots detailing the problems encountered.This level of proof, while understandable to some extent, felt excessive and added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. It's disheartening when customer support becomes a hurdle rather than a help. I hoped for a more empathetic approach to resolving customer issues, especially when the product sold does not meet basic functional expectations.I am sharing my experience to inform potential buyers about the challenges I faced, not only with the product quality but also with the customer service and refund process at Envato Market. It's crucial for platforms to stand behind their products and offer more streamlined support to their customers. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations, leading me to reconsider future purchases and recommend others to proceed with caution.
