Very disappointing

Very disappointing - flight was several hours delayed on Boxing Day due to a technical fault of aircraft. Spent the entire day waiting to depart. Customer services are saying it’s a Force Majeure hence no compensation applicable. Shame on you Emirates I expected better tbh
