Really disappointed with limited communication from Etsy prior to purchase of item.I wanted a special gift for my grandson`s 30th birthday. Etsy seemed able to provide an appropriate present with suitable engraving. However , after purchase I was advised that they had stopped engraving the case as they thought the engraving was `not up to standard`. I was not advised about this until I had paid for the item and my messages to them were not then responded to.Whilst I am pleased with item bought I am extremely disappointed with their lack re advising me of the limited engraving which has caused me to take the item else where for engraving. This item was not cheap.!I will not purchase from this company again.
