I’ve ordered many great products through Etsy. However customer service is terrible. Order acknowledgment on the app usually happens after the order is delivered. In addition shipment tracking is almost impossible. I regularly receive shipment tracking emails only to be informed that I’m not authorized to view the information. What’s up with that?
