When I clicked on "Proceed to checkout" in the shopping cart, my credit card was charged but I got an error in the page. Client support said that it was "temporary", but the charge clearly states "Completed" NOT pending. I contacted the seller to see if they can help. I will also contact the credit card. BUT, definitely, I will NOT purchase from Etsy again.
