So the misery of dealing with Eventbrite begins. Too bad you cannot submit a review with zero stars. Bought presale tickets to an event in November, 2024, for an event in October, 2025. Discovered yesterday (not from Eventbrite or the Organizer) that the event is cancelled. Have tried emailing both Eventbrite and the Organizer for two days. No response. Tried calling Eventbrite today and voice message states they are closed due to "holidays"! What holiday are they closed for in mid-June? While I have used Eventbrite before without issue I find myself out nearly $275 as of this writing and will not be dealing with Eventbrite in the future.
