Awful service/no service

I would give 0 stars but you don't get that option. I bought four tickets to an event in two transactions. Only two tickets are showing on the app. I've gone round and round in circles doing exactly what the trouble shooting asks me to do to retrieve my missing tickets. The bot is useless. I've emailed and asked for help from other users to no avail. I'm going to have to ask my credit card company to refund the money and take it up with Eventbrite. I'm £77 out of pocket and also concerned Eventbrite will cancel the two remaining tickets once I've received a refund. What a mess. Why can't you speak to an actual person anymore. I still want four tickets as I bought them as birthday presents.
