Very underhand method of selling tickets. Allows you to buy tickets as an individual...no mention of you having to set up an account to actually retrieve them after your payment is taken. Their 'Help Desk' sends you on an eternal loop with no option to actually speak with anyone. Do not recommend...seems almost a way to 'fish' for people's personal information.
