SMOKE AND MIRRORSBought some tickets for an event that was then cancelled. Requested a refund which was back on my PayPal a/c within 24 hrs...very good.At the other end of the scale their website is complex, confusing and very difficult to use. There's no one to talk to and emailing them is a waste of time.My first comment aside I won't use them again and wouldn't recommend them
