Trying to get support to solve an issue is impossible. For a year now I have issues uploadng a scanned document from scanable to evernote. I have to sign in to evernote approximately 5 times and then then the note can't be retrieved and then I get a message that I have been logged out and then I start the whole process again. Such a waste of time. My main use of evernote is scanning in documents. I have the paid individual version since approximately 2013. I'm now looking at alternatives.
