I've stopped using this app I have been billed twice for a 12 month 50% promotional subscription. I had tried contacting them to ask for assurance, but got no reply. I wouldn't mind if they just gave me a credit note for the overcharge. But I decided dumping them is a better option disabling the auto renew so they can't take any more off me.
