I have a guesthouse and have recently signed up the Expedia. I still haven’t received payment for any of the bookings that I have accommodated. Their customer service is of no help. Their payment system is seriously flawed. I closed my guesthouse to receive any further bookings from them and they told me that I had to pay for relocating a guest that was literally still in my building. They adjusted pricing so that I only received 50% of my advertised price. I am still waiting for any resolution to this.
