As a long term customer (8 years), I had been really happy with ExpressVPN until today. They cancelled my 12 month subscription for no reason and when I spoke to Customer Services, I was informed it would take 5-7 business days to reinstate my account that they cancelled by mistake. I asked for it to be reinstated immediately, I was informed that they would email their billing team. In the end I have cancelled my subscription, no effort to retain my business or any real apology or explanation as to why my account had been cancelled. Really disappointed by the lack of customer service
