Calm and efficient dialogue and patience. I just retired from 50 years as a professor where I had the luxury of instant IT access. Good for me to be on my own, but I find it challenging sometimes ... more technical language deficiency for me than computer comfort. There are a few things, like ESPN+ that just will not work with my VPN on, but I can live with that.
