I dislike having to take valuable time to make sure Express VPN is running. I tried to sign in and your site would not accept my credentials. I had to re-install the program and jump through hoops because I updated your app. Unacceptable! What the hell is this renew business at the end of this report? I'm a subscriber with a problem. What the hell do you want me to subscribe to? I resent this intrusion!!!....especially since there is no check box to opt out.
