My renewal has done something. I can no longer access sites that I have had for years. When I turn off the VPN there is no problem accessing, but when I turn the VPN on the site immediately goes to no access. I had my computer in the repair shop to see if that was the problem it wasn't. I have tried the help line twice at the beginning of November regarding this problem to no avail, I even asked for a refund and was told 30 days are up no refund. Very poor
