I bought an expensive dress at Fartetchs website on Tuesday 24 June this week. I did not receive an order confirmation, and found that unacceptable. I have several times tried to reach out to FARFETCH without getting an order confirmation! The amount was paid properly and has been confirmed to FARFETCH. In Farfetch`s email yesterday they asked for the order number. Since I did not get an order confirmation from Farfetch I neither got an order number. Here is the invoice number shown in the bank transaction: FFPPRW82Q3ZBYXZCMLU5. On your web page it says "you’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is sent." When this is not done the company appears untrustworthy and unprofessional to customers. And the phone number on Farfetchs web page does not exist, means it is impossible for customers to reach out!
