Farfetch don’t even deserve 1 star from me. This is my second order but will be my last. Order made on 12.6.2025 until today 27.06.2025 status still the same order being prepaid with UPS label already created one day after order made. Answer from Customer Service is standart for every customer (my guess) same as the guidelines, standart answer whatsoever the problem is.They don’t even trying to explain the details problem, find another solution or anything, satisfy the customer needs is not in their words 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻Why do you offer world wide shipping if you can’t ensure the stock is available or not. Just make inquiry with email or phone with the stores you are working with.
