Absolute worst shopping experience of my 45 years on this earth.Spent £1800 on bags...24 hours later? Full order REFUNDED for absoltuely no reason except "ramdom security checks" WHY NOT JUST CALL AND SPEAK TO ME!?Called the helpline the day after (today). Was on the phone for 37 minutes, he did some checks and said "that shouldn't have happened"Agreed to process sale..But couldn't give me the discount code of 15% off that I had used the day before, told me to go online and do it again.The code was a 1 time only code so wouldn't work the second time.Rang againAgreed to give me another 1 time code... THAT didn't work for 15 minutes of tryingGot manager involved.Still didn't workRealised it was due to 1 of the 3 items being reduced since yesterday (very slightly).So now, as 1 of the items had been reduced (a few percent) I couldn't use the 15% off code meaning I had to spend more.Complained.. Manager agreed if I paid the full amount for everything, they would refund the relevant discount off the 2 full price items, but would not budge on the 3rd item as it was in the sale (remember it's still costing me about £50 more ssince yesterday, through NO fault if mine)Agreed to pay the full £2150...Agent couldn't get sale through despite card being used fine all dayTried the card I used yesterday and my bank blocked it due to 2 x £2k sales on the same website in 24 hours.Got bank to unblock it..agent still couldn't get sale through Sent me a link...entered card details...Box pops up "Your order has not gone through, WE MAY need to call you later"Read message to agent... he said who is "we"I said if you don't know how do I.He said "must be different department so wait for call"After 50 minutes on the phone for this second call we say goodbye.5 hours later and its bed time..No call No orderNo presents comingWent on to buy bags again this evening...Gone up.Absoltuely shambolic.Never tried so hard to spend £2118 (£1801 after discount) and get rejected over AND OVER AGAINAvoid like the plague
