I’m very disappointed with my experience with Farfetch. I placed an order that was never shipped, and despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and messages, I received no response at all. They completely ignored all communication. It’s frustrating and unacceptable for a company of this size to treat customers this way. I will not be shopping with them again and I advise others to be cautious before ordering.
