Incompetence

Luckily, I only have to use FedEx a couple of times a year when I order things from the US.But this time, it's just unbelievably incompetent.I received three different invoices from FedEx for tax payment on the same order. It's already the third week of trying to figure out what's going on.They claim I have an unpaid amount of 3 euros, but their payment system hasn't worked for two weeks.I'm just wasting time over these 3 euros.
