From an artists point of view this company seems impossible to deal with as they ignore all communication. I have a painting listed on their website which I need to remove as it's no longer available and I did want to add new work. I couldn't log in to my account so used the 'forgotten password' option where a reset link is sent. I did this twice and never received a reset link. I have messaged them twice via their website contact form and had no reply despite checking my spam folders. There seems to be no actual email address to contact them directly, only a contact form. I even messaged them through their Instagram account and have still had no reply. Having read some buyers reviews, perhaps this is why some customers are never receiving art they've paid for as it's no longer available because artists can't remove sold work if they can't log in. This is not very helpful and doesn't do much for an artists reputation if products can be bought in their shop but will never be fulfilled. Due to this situation my last resort is to write a review which hopefully they'll address. Please sort this out FAA.
