I explained everything clearly, shared a YouTube video, and followed all guidelines.Over 10 days, I was passed between at least 5 people (Pratik, Ubaid, Owen, Zaid, and Supervisor Miles). None of them solved the issue. They repeated generic copy-paste replies, ignored my actual questions, and stalled for days. Even after compressing and uploading the video as requested, they claimed there was “nothing new to offer.”I paid for Seller Plus for faster, dedicated support — but I was ignored, dismissed, and left without a solution.
