I’m starting to feel that the platform is shifting to be more buyer-focused, sometimes at the expense of sellers. Even minor issues—like missing a message from what appears to be a scam account—can negatively impact our ratings. The private rating system leaves sellers in the dark, with no clear way to understand or improve based on feedback. It’s discouraging and feels unfair, especially when we’re trying to offer a good experience.
