If I could I would give it 0 stars. So basically I gave an order for a lens for 14k or so and the lens with delivered for for the wrong mount ( I ordered E mount and they sent me X mount) then when I get to return it( cause it has 10 days return gurantee). I sent some photos and stuff. They deny my return request. Then I again call them then they guided me to do this and that , so that's what I did. Guess what they denied my request again from the seller side and I did all the shit again for like 4-5 times. And after a lot of wasted time and so much more I just started screaming to the higher up on the phone and still it was so difficult to get a refund or even a replacement. Please I request you never ever but anything expensive from Flipkart.
