A company least bothered about there customer, very good at delaying the resolution, highly unprofessional and unethical support team including the supervisor and the next lever escalation team but they have a very good training team who trains everyone well on how to disconnect the call and even the the supervisors and guyz from the esclation team are very good in disconnectiong the line and not having the courtesy even to give a call back.I think the highest level of management should look upon the hiring tem to replace the existing manpower with a decent, skilled and quaity manpower if you really want to survive in this competetive enviornment.
