Flipkart has turned out to be a fraud company. During big billion day on 17th October,2020. I purchased Dell vostro 3491 i5 laptop. I live in Bangalore and I am a plus member. But still the promised delivery date was 24th october,2020 but after so many requests they shipped it on 26th october. I received it yesterday. But when I opened the pack it was way cheaper different model and seller mentioned was different. When I raised complaint and return request. They told me to wait till 9th November,2020. Now I am furious as I chose for emi. And I am going to pay the installment as well but I don't have the product and no guarantee that they'll replace it with the correct one. If they send again wrong product then I'll get refund after many days. So, I'll be at the loss of time, money and I'll not be able to purchase it till any next offer. So they are directly harassing their loyal customers.
