Words cannot describe how pathetic this ecommerce company is. The worst customer service, frauds in the name of phone exchange programme and no heeds given to client relationship management. I've wasted a lot of my time and money due to their untrained staff and sheer negligence of customer's grievances. I'm never ever going to order anything from Flipkart ever again.
