My package is sent to wrong address. I gave one address but you sent it to another and trying to deliver it there. I didn't get an OUT FOR DELIVERY message. I didn't get the delivery boy number. I didn't get a call from the delivery boy. but you guys updated NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER. I'm calling you guys before 3 days. I'm trying the solve the problem before 3 days but you guys saying "we don't have a protocol to solve my issue before it arises". Go through my emails and customer care call recordings and finish this problem within tomorrow. I can't wait until June 9 to just know what's the problem. I need my mobile within June 9.
