i had purchased a galaxy note 5, nine moths back and had some issues,upon reaching samsung service they informed me that the phone had no warranty as it was a refurbished phone.contacted flipkart and after enquiry they refund my full amount.very happy that they understood my situation.thanks for that. it gave me sleepless nights.
