It has been more than a month since I am undergoing mental trauma because of flipkart. Booked a TV from them, received a defective piece , reported immediately, their authorised technician confirmed and reported about the defective TV twice, but still inspite of repeated call, mails they have not resolved my problem.After one month, they said unable to process replacement request, and said they will arrange for return. Even after that, it has been more than 10 days and yet no result. Every time I call or write a new escalation , new deadline which never materialises.. I had even written to their grievance officer , their CEO , to Mr bunny bansal and also to Mr Machine bansal but still no response, no action. Their heads did not even bother to acknowledge the lapse on their part, leave alone refunding my money. Funniest part is, that while we , customers are struggling to get back our hard earned money , flipkart is busy making billions with another big billion sale, with so many false promises, not even bothering to take moral responsibility for the trouble I am undergoing. If they are not ready to take immediate action and refund my money, I think I have to approach consumer court for my right to my refund.
