I had ordered a YU YUPHORIA on flipkart a few days ago and I received a defective and what seemed to be like an already used product. When I asked for a replacement, the replacement that I got were also very poor in quality and had the same defects( on top of that the phone wouldn't even charge) for the lost two days I have been trying to contact them and ask for a replacement or refund. But apparently they have a policy of not replacing a product more than once i,e they would only direct us to the nearest service center and make us pay for the repairs of a phone that I bought a day ago. They really need to improve their service quality otherwise people would just shift to Amazon.
