I strongly advise against using Jotform. My experience has been nothing short of infuriating. I’ve reached out three times for help, and not once have I received a proper response from a human being.They rely on an “AI” agent that is completely useless, it doesn’t resolve anything and feels like a barrier rather than support. Despite being charged twice for an upgrade, the upgrade itself isn’t even active. I’ve been trying for five days to speak to someone, get a refund, and access the forms I paid for, but all I get is the same broken AI loop.This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Steer well clear.
