Jotform is great when the solution you built works. Jotform advertises integration with Hubspot, and that is a wonderful value add! Our company pays to use Jotform as we enjoy the advantages that their paid service provides. With that said, our Hubspot integration has not worked properly for almost 2 months. While Jotform have promised to escalate this issue, there still isn't a resolution. This integration is one of our notification systems on servicing our client. Having to check in two places defeats the purpose of the integration and not being able to trust what does and doesn't come over, without duplicating, has become quite cumbersome and distracting, especially being a client who pays for this service. I have read several integration support requests and it appears that this happens more than it should.
