I am an Emergency Physician at Monash Health, Melbourne, Australia. I am also the Intern Supervisor ( First year Doctors) .I have been utilising Jotform regularly for about 18 months now for: 1. Shift Feedback on our First year Doctors- this has transformed our feedback process, making it highly specific, and engages the Senior and Junior Staff. A total game changer in identifying outlier Juniors, as well as fostering high performing ones.2. Ultrasound Cleaning and maintenance - since Covid, we have had the Junior Doctors clean our 5 machines every shift ( 3 times daily) , noting any damage, that they are plugged in, and working.The Ultrasound Technician gets the email, as does myself, and the machines can have their issue addressed in a. timely manner. This too, has transformed our ultrasound maintenance. Highly recommended.
