Review Time
This is second bad experience with #jotform they do marketing they are offering free service but when you reach on their website you make form you think its free NO NO NO its false marketing you have to pay for that form its waste of time and time with them your information is not safe they share your details on google personal like they shared mine.BAIT AND SWITCH
A once AWESOME platform is now going down hill. Sadly, I've experienced more technical issues, set backs, and problems that have caused my business to lose money over the last 3 days than my entire lifetime on every other platform combined. I am actively seeking a JotForm alternative. Oh, and there's no way to call technical support. Icing on the cake. Email/forum only, which is rarely helpful. I've read some of the other 2 and 1 star reviews on here and it's somewhat comforting to know that I am not the only one experiencing these issues, but it doesn't help the fact that my business loses money every time JotForm fails, which is daily. Also, the JotForm Status page, which shows their uptime as 99-100% is very misleading. There are times where downtime in confirmed, and it never shows on their status page. If you scroll down to the HIPAA section, you can see the 24 line graph shows downtime regularly. Anyway, if you are considering JotForm, I'd first strongly consider all of your alternatives. I wish I didn't have my entire business built on this platform already, because it would make switching so much easier. I am in the process of switching platforms though. I've sent in more unresolved support "tickets" this week than I've ever sent in my entire life for every tech platform I've ever used ever.
I absolutely LOVE JotForm. JotForm has made my life so much easier with its automation, integration & on brand templates. No matter what the need is: scheduling photo sessions for 150+ clients, collecting payments, creating event RSVPs and more...JotForm is my go-to! I'd be lost without it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Once the form is set up and routed properly, Jotform works great to collect the information I require from my customers. There is a bit to be desired configuring conditional logic and modifying layout, but overall, it's a very useful tool.
Jotform changed the way we establish our internal processes and customer's survey, because we can work on the structure we want to work with the info, integrating with another app or collecting data on a spreadsheet. Two examples on how we use for internal processes are: Daily sales report from our stores so we assess the financial movement and check out, and for submitting estimates to hire a service or buy products.Another recent improvement is to check information received in a TABLE view and some data exports were made unnecessary.We've been using it on a paid program for more than 2 years now and very happy with it.
