I am very happy to write very positive words for Jotform.It is very easy to use.I can also build elaborate forms even with conditional criteria based on previous customer responses as they fill out the form. About this feature, it would be great if nested conditions were easier to build, i.e. if you could build form based on many 'IF' nested with AND and OR.Great services for my use as a manager of a no profit organization. The prices are very fair.Thank you.
JotForm is a very easy on-line software, perfect for new and experienced users. The new interface to export data is wonderful, so easy to use. We like that we can track an individual response across all questions for more accurate data analysis. The customer service is quick and helpful - that is VERY appreciated. We love that responses can be emailed to more than one person - that they can be emailed to a person at all is so helpful. We love that we don't have to log-in to see responses. We started with the free version, loved it, and quickly identified that we wanted the paid version.
We have used Jot form for about 8-10 years now and I really like many features of the forms and how it works for me. Jotform has transformed the registration process for our courses. It is easy to update each spring. Pricing is great. Highly recommended. I am sure there are many functions I dont currently use that probably could use. It might be an idea to have a service that one could engage a Jotform Expert that would look at my needs and my form and be able to offer suggestions.
