I have begged for help several times to get my account sorted out , I keep getting posts in Italian even thought it's set for English. I have left posts on their Facebook page, in their help section, twitter page but still no reply but what hurts the most when my sister died over 5 years ago I tried to delete her account but it wouldn't let me. I couldn't find no where to report a death. Every time her name comes up with her photo I cry my eyes out we were super close being her carer for 25 years . It's like stabbing me in the heart when it happens but Facebook won't delete her account they are hurting me so much I am really depressed
