I have had a Premium account for over two years and have never had any issues ... until now. When I went to try and download Premium content it stated I need to upgrade my account to Premium even though I have a current bank statement showing a withdraw of $9.99 3 DAYS AGO! Contacted Support and heard nothing.. Get it together Freepik!
