I have run three small businesses with Freshbooks, and I have never needed assistance—not once. The software is so well designed it is an effortless experience. When I say effortless, I mean that I have never contacted them or sought out written instruction of any kind. In my mind Freshbooks sets the standard for how software should be designed.
