I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s handling of feedback incentives. They clearly advertised that a gift card would be provided for leaving feedback, with no mention of any stipulations. However, after taking the time to complete the questionnaire, I received an email stating that my feedback wasn’t submitted quickly enough to qualify for the gift card. This wasn’t just my experience—several colleagues had the same issue. The lack of transparency and misleading communication is dreadful. It’s frustrating to feel misled after investing time, and I would expect better from a company that values customer feedback.
