At first i was really happy with G2 but since a couple of weeks all my reviews are declined, no one answers my questions precisely, I never get informed via E-Mail about my status or why reviews we're declined. Multiple support threads are unanswered upon a second reply so I have to open a new one and even after multiple revisions and adding screenshots reviews are still declined. I'm sorry, but I can't be more precisely than showing my actual, logged-in Dashboard of the Software I review. There's no help and tickets get closed all the time. I'm about to close my Account. It's just an awful service.
