This is a very easy survey to complete. Quick, good questions, however quick and precise. I believe that many companies will benefit from this enterprise. From the users that are using the software, which level answered your survey etc.The Payouts are quick, and generally the same day (see disclosures at G2 for actual payout times). When I see a survey in my inbox, I see it as an opportunity to contribute, meanwhile, getting paid to take the time out of any work schedule. As a customer, get a quote on what they can do for your business software surveys. As a user, I find the questions take roughly 10 minutes or less, and are worth the time. You may even re-evaluate the software your reviewing.
