Ordered a watch on the 25th December, same as many others.No comms from garmin, when I phoned them on the 4th Jan to ask if my watch was going to be sent was told that there was a backlog of orders, but mine would be shipped shortly.Then a cancellation email arrives a few days later. Obviously, garmin were incredibly quick to take the money from my account and very very slow to refund it. In fact they still haven't, so I have lodged a claim with my provider.Absolutely abysmal, garmin should be ashamed over this. As someone with 3 of their products already (and deeply invested in them given the cost) you have lost me as a customer. I wouldn't buy from you again, as I simply don't believe you run a customer focused business. Some honesty and openness would have solved this immediately. Poor show.
